Jennifer was really helpful and polite, explained everything and answered my questions even told me se should wait for a complete driving cycle in order to be certain everything will be fine

Audi El Paso always provides me with great service. The facilities are very nice and clean. My service rep, Jennifer, went above and beyond with providing me with a ride to and from work. It was a seamless experience. Highly recommend this dealership.

There was 6 people sitting at desks when I walked in, no

There was 6 people sitting at desks when I walked in, no one greeted me or asked how they could help. Walked up to the first man I saw, let him know I had an appointment, all he did was motion to the woman next to him and told me ?she can help you?. Went to service advisor, let her know I?m dropping my car off for a service appointment. She proceeded to try to make me feel stupid because I didn?t drive the car thru the port cause the garage door was down and I didn?t know it went up when you drive your car up. After that, she proceeded to let me know it would be a few days just for a ?diagnosis?, you mean the diagnosis the car has already alerted us about? Then she also let me know that loaners were booked ?2-3 months out?. All of this information was not given to me when I called to schedule the appointment, so I was completely unaware and caught off guard. I let her know that every time I come in here, I receive the worst customer service. I had no choice but to leave my car there, so I left. Later in the afternoon, I get a phone call that my car is fixed and ready to be picked up. Great, they somewhat rectified their initial interaction. Then when I went to sign paperwork, in big bold letters across the form, ?CLIENT WAS VERY UPSET PLEASE RUSH?, really? That is so oddly unprofessional. They could?ve verbalized that amongst each other, why did I need to see it? I specifically did not lease my Audi from this dealership because I?ve always heard El Paso luxury dealerships have the worst customer service, and today proved my point. Nothing luxury about this experience.
