I had a 2011 f-150 ecoboost which I was having problems with. The turbo was squealing and cab rust that no dealer would give me a fair price for. I talked to Jay from the dealership and he was upfront and honest with me from the start. He offered me a very fair price for my trade and I purchased a used Lexus which is a great vehicle. Jay followed up with me a couple days later to check in. All I can say is Jay is a man of his word and wants your repeat business. Good man

I made the mistake of buying a car from these guys. It has proven to be a nightmare. Unreliable, untrustworthy, and are more than happy to take advantage of a customer and then play dumb about knowing the condition of a car that they are selling. In less than 100 miles, "service engine soon", exhaust system fell off, shocks crumbling, and 3 additional dash indicators. Dealer first told me the lights had never appears before. Then told me it had, but it had been fixed. It clearly wasn't. I would not trust them or ever do business with them again

I bought a 2014 F-150 work truck last March from here. I paid $18,300 for it with 82k miles. This dealer charges a $995 dealer prep fee along with a doc fee. The only "prep" they did was to wipe down the interior with Armorall. There were several lamps out and I needed to replace the sockets for the license plate lights as well as the lamps. There was some dampness and grass under the trim and flooring in the cab which tells me this truck was driven through a flood at some point. Then comes the big stuff.....the truck had a bad torque converter. The dealer claimed they could have it replaced by their shop but I didn't trust them after the way they sold the truck to me. They gave me back $750 and I put that towards the $3,000 bill to have my local Ford dealer replace the converter. Then I spent another over $600 to have the front brake calipers, pads, and rotors replaced. Had to replace rear shocks. The truck still shakes while driving down the road so that's another issue I have to deal with. I am in well over $20k on this piece of junk truck. This dealer sells absolute garbage and then has the xxxxx to add on a $995 prep fee. Most used car lots are xxxx of the earth and this one fits that bill. I hope they go out of business.

Greg was very helpful in our search for a used truck. Very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from him.

Called this dealer. Asked for the first appointment. They gave me a Saturday at 10. Showed up at 10:02 and they sold the truck 10 mins before I arrived. I drove over an hour away to come take a look.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The car I purchased was better than advertised. It was very clean, had no issues, and drives like new. The sales consultant, Jay, is a man of his word and is only interested in satisfying the customer. The next car I buy, I am coming back to this dealership. I really appreciate the excellent quality customer service.

I called on a Thursday and spoke to Jay. He was very friendly and upfront! As many car salesmans appear to be pushy on the phone to make a sale,Jay was not! I ABSOLUTELY enjoyed talking to him. He had a great deal of knowledge on the vehicle and by the end of the night I had made the decision to drive down 5.5 hrs to go pick up my vehicle. I was greeted by the owner and signed papers with Greg. What a group of wonderful men. Very professional, dealership clean and my vehicle was all ready to go! Not only did the ride home go smooth, Greg actually followed up with a phone call to ensure I made it home safe and had no problems. Unlike an experience I have had in the past with another NJ dealership...High Quality Imports was truly worth the drive and I will definitely come back and recommend this dealership to friends! I was in the process of buying a used Ford F-150 . With no luck in shopping around with other dealers. I came across High Quality Auto and noticed a few trucks that I was interested in. So I filled out one of the forms on Sunday night and Jay called me Monday morning. I really have to say Jay is very professional and the business does no beat around the bush about their trucks. Top notch and very clean trucks which is what I was shopping for and within my price range. Other dealers I really felt the xxxxxxxxx with one I’ll never forget. I spoke with a sales rep with a truck that I was interested in. I asked certain questions and one which was that if it was in an accident. Low and behold I put the A/C on and glass just shot out of every vent possible... SMH But with High Quality Auto you can see that there’s no strings attached and they stand by their word with the quality and price of the trucks that they sell. Even though my truck is a 2010 which is what I was shopping for it runs and feels like a new truck. And back to Jay he called me 2xs just to make sure that I’m still satisfied and that the truck is running well with no problems... I highly recommend High Quailty Auto in Burlington NJ ...

My husband and I were looking for a 2008 Dodge Dakota and this dealership had one and the salesmen were very helpful and they are really nice. They did not pressure us. I really wished we could of bought the Dakota they had but after going over the payments we couldn't afford it. But, we would of bought from them. We recommend them highly they were very caring.

I found the car Reading about it it had my interest seemed to good to be true. Had to wait till wed becouse he had someone coming to look at it I was fine with that knowing someone contacted him before me I waited till wed and contacting him if they bought it he said no and that he was home all weekend I said I'll be there Sunday he contacted me yesterday telling me it was sold I was not happy becouse I was excited and couldn't wait till Sunday I had to wait till someone came I thought I was next. Was it a scheme?? Not happy. This is my second time
