On Saturday, March 29, 2025, I arrived at LAUDERDALE MINI in Ft Lauderdale, FL from Jacksonville, FL to purchase a 2022 Mini Cooper Countryman S, and to drive it back to Jacksonville. I had been communicating with Andy Lang (sales rep at Lauderdale MINI) since March 18th regarding the vehicle. He communicated with me several times a day calling me on the phone, texting me, or emailing me. Now, I can’t get him to respond to me at all. Here is one of the things that has happened since purchasing my vehicle from the above dealership: Three months (July 13, 2025) into buying a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) MINI Cooper Countryman S, from the mentioned dealership, a message appeared on my dash board (MINI Interaction Unit): Low Tire Pressure, nothing unusual about that. (FYI: I bought the car with 15,000 miles on it. It now has just over 17,500 miles.) Anyway, I checked the tires and found the right front tire needed some air in it, nothing wrong with that. It was a little lower than the others. I made it to a nearby tire shop to get air in the tire but found out from the mechanic that the tire was bad. Huh!...a bad tire! The tire had dry-rotted. It had holes all round the tread part of the tire like a rat had been eating on the rubber, the part of the tire closest to the inside of the car, not visible. After 3 months this should not have happened on a CPO vehicle which goes through a rigorous inspection. Of course I had to buy a new tire (Perilli Cinturato P7 Run Flat All Season 225/50R18). I later learned that the tires on the vehicle had dates on them as to when to tires were placed on the car. The dry-rotted one that was on the right front was placed on the car the 8th week of 2021, (08/21) is how it reads on the tire. Now, wouldn’t you think that a service tech would know to check the dates on tires and that if a car sits for a period of time without being driven, the tires would dry rot? If anything, Lauderdale MINI should have taken the 2021 tires off the car for safety reasons and replaced them with new comparable tires, but they didn’t. They sent me out on the road with these old tires: Two tires dated 13/24 (13th week of 2024) another one tire dated 9/21 (9 weeks into 2021. So, 2 tires on my Mini were 2021’s and two tires on it were 2024’s. Tires are a BIG safety issue on a car if they are bad. To date, Lauderdale MINI representatives have not responded to my emails regarding the dry-rotted tires on my CPO Mini Cooper. I reached out to 3 people on Monday, July 14th via email and sent pictures of the rotted tire. Nobody has called or emailed me. It is obvious that this dealership did not care about my safety nor have they tried to find a way to make this right. They do not live up to the message that is printed on the paper floor mats they place in clean or dirty vehicles: CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OUR #1 GOAL.

I had no idea Vista BMW had been such a dump: a chaotic clusterxxxx, really. I had no idea how incredible your organization is! The open, spacious clean property , the lovely young man who took my car key like second nature, the clean uncluttered lobby, and the attentive greeting inside service was a fantastic amazing surprise. Your service advisor Sandra is so helpful, patient, and smart as a whip! And the video I got from the tech? That was awesome. The entire visit , the estimate, efficiency, professionalism of your entire staff made it a little less painful to pay the bill.

Outstanding performance by the entire team 👏 ! I have a 2015 Mini with 100.000 miles which I bought somewhere else and I was treated like royalty. The live video they send me from the shop from the moment they started the inspection was incredible . Amazing 5⭐️ I want to thank Jhon Luc, my advisor for such an impeccable job. From there very first person I spoke with on the phone regarding if the car was in stock was very helpful she also was the one who did the application to see if we were approved (Jessica) Then my second call is where I got the pleasure of speaking with our what would be our sales rep. (Dana Smith) I could go on and on how great she was! I will be speaking very highly about her to others and will send her business. Signing the paper work at the end with Chris Robaina he took the time to go over all the details and was very friendly (he knew his stuff). Also would like to note the bathrooms were very clean and have a great bar/snack area. I think this was one of the Best experience with have had with a dealership. I love my new Mini John Cooper Works Countryman. We will be returning buyers.

John Luc was kind, considerate and accommodating. Initially I scheduled with the “other” mini dealer because it was closer to my home (live in a Pompano Beach). I scheduled for a pick up (a week wait) as their system allowed, when it came beyond pick up time I called for them to advise my car was not eligible since it wasn’t under warranty and I would have to bring it in another day. I advised I wouldn’t be bringing it there at all From initial interactions at Mini Ft Lauderdale were easy. Upon arrival I was greeted and offered snack/beverages. Before long John Luc had a technician ride with me to example the problem and advised it may take longer than I may have expected. He offered me a loaner vehicle free of charge and kept me informed every step of the way. The repair was FAR more than I had expected, but between the level of service and accommodation I received, I don’t regret it. Thank you - you’ve earned ALL my mini business. This is my 3rd and the best service I’ve had from California to Florida- hands down!! Kudos

Excellent care. Treated my car with care and professionalism. The wait wasn't long. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. I own a mini cooper s 4 door. My service advisor was John Luc. He was wonderful and friendly.
