Don’t trust Mercedes-Benz Chantilly

I’ve purchased several cars over the last 25 years and I’ve never been more disappointed in a car buying experience in all my life than I am with Mercedes Benz of Chantilly. I worked with Zabed in Sales on a used Jeep Wrangler for my daughter. $28,000 is not much for a car- but - FOUR HOURS -after I drove the car off the lot, the right front brake caliper locked up. Fortunately I was able to get to a Firestone repair shop. The manager at Firestone SHOWED me where the caliper was missing a bolt and the other bolt was loose. The loose caliper caused damage to the rotor and the wheel. After flying from Nashville to Chantilly for the Jeep, then being stranded at a Firestone with no other choice than to have the rotors, brakes, caliper replaced was not the experience that I anticipate from any car dealer, but particularly a Mercedes Benz dealer. I would not trust this dealership on a used car. On a new car a buyer may have some recourse to Mercedes Benz, but on a used car- well good luck.
