I've had the vehicle in and it's used and the first time

I've had the vehicle in and it's used and the first time I brought it in thought it was completely up to snuff. There was an issue with a repair done which required me to bring it back. Bringing it back a third time I was informed of other maintenance that was overdue, The advisor suggested maintenance that was not needed due to previous work done at riata Ford, and the on inspection we discovered another leak that somehow manifested in a different area after two rounds of leak fixes. I'm skeptical and wasn't there to begin with. I was given a slight discount on the labor but I do wonder if I've now paid riata Ford mechanics to take the vehicle apart at least one more time than they needed to

Service dept was very good.

Service dept was very good. Got an appointment right away, they picked up and dropped off truck with no problems.

La Marcus Burnette was a helpful, knowledgeable sales

La Marcus Burnette was a helpful, knowledgeable sales person. La Marcus and Jeff Ledesma carefully and thoroughly walked me through the purchasing process. Both made sure to follow up after I took the car home to see if I had any questions or concerns. Riata's service department contacted me both by phone and email to introduce themselves and to schedule my first, six-month service. I was treated with professional courtesy each time I interacted with Riata personnel.

After leaving a review, having it noticed by my

After leaving a review, having it noticed by my dealership and got into contact with me to fix my problem and make sure I was pleased with the work the second time around as well as asking me to delete my first low star review. Along with letting me know they tripled checked the problem with my charging ports and the detailing in my car since there is stains in the cup holders,ceiling and back seat. I did notice the stains were still in the cup holders and I told myself that it just might be a permanent stain in there I can try to get it out myself, but after they had sworn the charging ports work I tried them and bought a new charger just in case and it still. Does.not. Work. It is very displeasing knowing they took about a week to fix the problem, then being told they have triple checked and the problem is still there. :( Thank you Riata ford for the attempt.

My front tire on my truck was damaged and still under

My front tire on my truck was damaged and still under warranty. Staff at dealership repaired the damaged within one hour. The were friendly and explained the process and provided and estimate for service.
