I recently went into Riata Ford Service because I had scuffed one of my Rims on my 2023 Ford Explorer ST who is my baby. I had reached out to Nicole to see what a Rim would cost, and she gave me a price but also gave an option of getting my wheel fixed. Well, I decided to get my Rim fixed and her and JD were all over it. I went in early to get my Rim taken off and my spare put on till my Rim gets fixed. Oscar in the service department recognized my ST because I am a regular there and buy all my cars at Riata Ford and called me outside and asked how far I was going. I told him and he said that he wouldn't suggest that since my ST is an all wheel based vehicle and would mess it up and suggested if I could get a rental car. Luckily they had one for me to rent out and left my ST there. All in who took part with this issue I had did their job and took care of my needs.
