Will was Fabulous when buying a new vehicle for my

Will was Fabulous when buying a new vehicle for my family. Answered all my questions and took us out on test drives for the 2 we were looking at even though one of them was in the back because it just came off transport (I think). Not many sales people would go that far. Process was easy and seamless!

Mobile service technician from Riata arrived as scheduled

Mobile service technician from Riata arrived as scheduled and performed recall services and attempted to resolve 12 volt battery issues. Unfortunately the 12-volt issues remain and continue to create uncertainty about reliability of new Maverick Hybrid truck, which other than the 12-volt battery has been a great truck.

Purchasing at Riata Ford was a very enjoyable experience

Purchasing at Riata Ford was a very enjoyable experience they were very attentive to my needs and the pricing was better than any other dealership around. Miguel Lopez my salesman was great as well. He kept constantly up to date and despite a unique purchasing not being from the local area he made sure all my needs were met.
