Great staff at Riata Ford. They brought 2 vehicles to my house for me to look at even though I was outside of their delivery radius. The process of buying from them was pretty easy and straightforward. No pressure from the sales people to commit to a vehicle and no pressure from the finance manager to get protection packages.

Riata Ford is great because after purchasing a vehicle, they balanced both front tires do to the vehicle shaking a lot in the highway and agreed to replacing the passenger rear tire, balancing both rear tires, doing an Alignment on the vehicle and ordering and installing the Mercedes Hood Insulation Pad that was missing. Thanks Riata Ford!
