Salesman was not well informed.

Salesman was not well informed. After Market Vendor for Spray-In Bed liner was inferior to most, even their repair will need repaired (I just don't have time to have it done right now).

Very helpful.

Very helpful. Was told my another employee that the car I went to look at was unavailable. He ran out and said there were no obligations to that person and he can show me the car. Thought the purchasing process he kept us very informed with text updates through the deliver process. He is a very kind and caring person. As well as a great employee!

Easy in with online appointment.

Easy in with online appointment. Service took aboiut two hours-just long enough to get lunch and drive back home to Elgin . Seriously, I have had Fords for ten yrars and have always been pleased with Riata service.

I’m surprised that I had never heard of Riata Ford until

I’m surprised that I had never heard of Riata Ford until the week I had my car serviced. They noticed and addressed things other service departments completely overlooked. I’m very satisfied with the service

Start with the tow truck guy, Jose very rude guy, when I

Start with the tow truck guy, Jose very rude guy, when I called Riata ford his number was given to me, than took 2 days to tell me it was only the battery, ford bronco died on me in the middle of heavy traffic, no warning nothing sent to me from FordPass until the bronco was dead, I was very scare to get back into that car, and the cost of the battery was very expensive, I was told i could not buy my own that it had to be from Ford.

Will was friendly, courteous and very professional, he went out of his way to accommodate my needs, management was also very helpful and friendly, I highly recommend Ford Riata if you're in the market for a vehicle.
