Poor communication, staff seems don't care very good about explanations or solve the issue, and made me take my truck 3 times. 1st day, service was completed, 2nd time I left my truck all day and nothing was done, I was asked to take my truck for a third time, I left my truck all day, they completed what they needed but they left my truck with a very annoying noise in the interior while I am driving. I did not receive any paperwork of the job completed and when I texted back to JD I can see he is annoyed or it didn't care at all to solve the issue.
