Riata just started the new service program that includes pick up and delivery of your vehicle in addition to a video of the car services, the way other companies do it, and providing status and ETAs via text. They made the whole transaction transparent and very convenient and even the suggestions for additional services was less of a "hard sell" and more like actual recommendations. Great job!

I cannot say enough how wonderful everyone was at helping me get the Ford Maverick truck I wanted. Gary, who looked all over the state for my truck, Simon, who was brave to go on a test drive with me, lol, and Oscar and Jeff, who got me financed! Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful explaining all of the paperwork, and what they needed from me before we finished the final process. From walking in the front door with keys to my trade-in to walking out with keys to my new truck, it was a great experience. I have and would tell everyone if they want a new ford vehicle...Riata Ford is the dealership to go to!!

Customer service was great throughout. Initially went in for work on one vehicle, and walked out with another. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, smiling, and helpful. Even those that weren't assisting me. From service to sales it was about as good a visit as I could've hoped for.
