Extremely responsive and took me seriously when I made a proposal and told them that was my thanks. They skipped the xx and came back with a reasonable and very close counter. We were done haggling in 5 min.

With several options to choose from, Sales rep was very

With several options to choose from, Sales rep was very helpful & informative in selecting a good used Ford Ranger. I am very happy with truck. Although the evening after purchase, I noticed what I thought were streaks from cleaning the windshield-were actually scratches from windshield wipers obviously used with worn wipers. The next day went back to Riata & I expressed my concern about the scratches. I was told they would not replace windshield. ‘I said was Not expecting replacement’. I was hoping they would at least attempt to polish off these scratches. Unable to give 5 stars with this response after purchasing a $30,000.00 vehicle.
