Will Goodwin and Tony Nguyen were amazing and did a wonderful job at taking care of me in my difficult credit situation. I needed a car and while others told me it couldn’t be done they came through for me like they’ve always have done! Thank you guys!

I was ignored for 25 minutes by 3 representatives, who

I was ignored for 25 minutes by 3 representatives, who were all playing on their personal cellphones, when I walked in the service center. I finally asked a service person who was playing on his cellphone if they could help me and I was told they could not that I had to wait for JD. So after waiting another 15 minutes for JD who was doing his job and working with multiple people to get their cars. I was able to speak with JD who was very responsive and helped me immediately. I dot understand how 3 people sitting there on the phones could be of no help and flat out refuse to help when asked. All I had to do was pick my keys up, the service was a recall service and no payment was necessary.

Edgar, Cale, and Tony were great to work with. My transaction was handled remotely and the vehicle was as advertised when I picked it up. No problems with the transaction at all.
