Went in to get my front brakes done.

Went in to get my front brakes done.I received a quote with a discount that made me want to do the front and rear brakes. A couple hours after I had gotten my car back I was notified that there was some kind of error on the bill and I had to pay another 170 dollars! Honestly I’m not happy and had I known I was going to be charged more I would have just done the front brakes or just did the entire service myself!

I'm glad I bought my car back to Riata Ford in Manor for

I'm glad I bought my car back to Riata Ford in Manor for service, even though it's 25 or 30 miles from my home. Service advisor Anthoni Keen was the epitome of kindness and diligence, going out of his way to make sure our communication went well, as I am quite hard of hearing. I am so grateful. The two shuttle drivers were also very helpful, friendly, and good drivers. I can recommend the service department at Riata wholeheartedly. (I have to assume that the Aaron Keen listed below is the same person as Anthoni Keen?)

Had my first maintenance service performed yesterday at Lief Johnson Ford of Manor, TX. My service advisor was Jerrod Comer. He explained all aspects of the Multi Point Inspection and answered all my questions. I am definitely returning back for all my future services!!!
