Thaddeus assisted me this time and was wonderful. Shelby assisted me the prior two times and broke everything down so I would understand what were the most necessary services at the moment and what I could hold off on. I felt that they went above and beyond.

I highly recommend Fred Anderson Kia service department. I was towed in with a flat tire with a nail. Took care of this problem . Fit me in even though they were extremely busy. Special shout- out to Rachael Bodero , service lane manager .
