A modicum of communication from Thaddeus would have

A modicum of communication from Thaddeus would have prevented an extraordinary, days-long headache of trying to pick up our vehicle after servicing. We pay so much money to Kia and request literal bare minimum customer service, and that standard was not met. We never received an update call for our car status that would have given us the option to pay by phone and pick up our keys after hours. At the start of the day, we had planned on transferring our regular service (and potential future leasing) to Fred Anderson Kia; we certainly are not given this negative experience. Absolutely awful experience.

Fred's Anderson Kia was my first time serving my car.

Fred's Anderson Kia was my first time serving my car. Getting good service and customer service is a challenge these days. Shelby, who was my service advisor, provided outstanding customer service and informed me about the service duration. She clarified to me the duties of the technicians for the re-call. Also, great job for the tech who service my car.
