2015 GMC Sierra

This is the 5th vehicle that I have purchased from the Peruzzi Group and the 2nd GMC in 6 months! Peruzzi's employees continue to make the difference. Truly exceptional!

ok service, but not estimate process

If you are looking for service to your vehicle be wary of how items are priced. I had a brake job which was ok but charged $50 to change a light bulb. 2 screws and 90 seconds later should do it. I asked why and was told they have a flat fee for all bulbs. Actually I should be happy because he originally wrote down $60. I will not return for any service or purchase any vehicle.

Always professional & always there when you need them.

Having been doing business with the Peruzzi dealership for thirteen years, the Service Dept. has always been professional, courteous, and, always, been there for our needs. This particular appointment required extensive work, but Mike and Joe provided service that met a reasonable timeframe as well as a fair price for the work done. It is most important that a client/business relationship be valued by both parties, the Peruzzi staff has always made us feel that way. Please continue to provide this valuable relationship, it is what keeps us coming back.

2016 GMC Canyon hood latch recall repair

Recall repair appears to have been done properly. The job was done neatly and completed as predicted (on time). There was a problem with the initial scheduling of the job and I really haven't gotten a response to an email that I sent concerning that event which lowered my rating of the dealership.

Cliff Robson provided exceptional service, and was warm and friendly. The dealership offered a great value through a lease promotion, and Cliff and the finance manager, Joe, were a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic Service

I absolutely am in love with my new Terrain. Cliff Robson was a great salesman. Also Young was very helpful in the process. They both listened to what I needed and what price range I wanted to be in. They then did everything they could to make it possible for me to lease this vehicle.

Overall exceptional car buying experience.
