great experience

Our first time purchasing a vehicle from there. It was a Great experience, Mike was our sales man not pushing at all, he was more about our needs and what was in our budget. And the whole process was pretty quick.

WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS DEALERSHIP

I DROPPED MY CAR OFF FOR AN INSPECTION AT 9AM. I GOT A CALL AT 2PM LETTING ME KNOW THAT SOMETHING CAME UP AND THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WORK ON MY CAR THAT DAY...LET ME REMIND YOU: I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED AT 9AM. I UNDERSTAND ITS NOT A $1.000 JOB AND YOU WILL NOT BE MAKING $$$ BUT THIS IS LOW. I PURCHASED A CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER AT THIS DEALERSHIP AND SPEND A LOT $$$ ON SERVICING IT, BUT THIS WAS IT FOR ME. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE

A job will done

Went into the dealership well educated on the vehicle we wanted to purchase. There was no games being played by the salesmen as well as the sales manager. Both were up front, no hidden fees. One of the best car sale experiences that I had.

Used car purchased

First time buyer at this dealership. It was a really good no pressure experience. My salesman Bill was easy to work with and very accommodating. Finance dept was also excellent. Haven't dealt with service yet but I'm sure they're just as good. This business put's a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Friendly Service

My experience so far with my 2011 Buick Lacrosse has always been a pleasant experience. My only complaint is that the waiting room is very cold, but since I remembered that, I brought a sweater. The service technician kept me posted on my service.

Greatest car buying experience ever!!

From the moment I walked into the dealership, to the moment the deal was complete, the entire experience was perfect!! No back and forth between the salesman and sales manager!! Told the salesman what I wanted to do, how much I wanted to spend, etc, and they met my requirements without a problem! Would recommend the dealership to everyone!!
