Full of Crap or General Manager does not read email very wel

I wrote a very clear email indicating clearly that I only wanted to sell my vehicle. It was very very clear that even a kid would understand it. I said I am not interested to purchase another vehicle. I was offered a price for my vehicle and was asked when can I come over. I was very hesitant to go over considering just a little over $100 difference than what a dealer in my area offered and I would have to travel over an hour. I tried to make arrangements but called in to check if I can go to another Peruzzi dealer near me (15miles) to bring the vehicle in. The Internet manager referred me to the General Manager and I was talking with him- his first question was what vehicle am I going to purchase or trade-in? Did he even read my email? - He was the one who offered me the price. He also said I wrote I wanted to trade-in ("bad word" him). The reason why he offered me a price was, apparently, I want to trade-in. This "bad word" general manager almost cost me to travel for more than an hour for nothing. Was it just a bait for me to come over? Way to earn a living and feed his family with how he earns it. Or may be he just completely misunderstood what I wrote - may be he just can't simply read and comprehend at the same time. Will never recommend this dealership. I am sorry for those other honest salespersons working with him. I know you know who I am. It only happened today, April 17, 2015. Was really disappointed. Hope nobody else has this same experience.

Vehicle Repair

Stopped in to have a repair done to my Buick, Service was quick courteous and professional. Pricey but worth it to get the job done right.

Peruzzi GMC review

I had the pleasure of dealing with Rich, Assistant Service Manager, and I have to say I was very impressed. Rich took the time to clearly explain everything to me and was able to order the parts I needed for next day. I went in thinking it was gonna be like a trip to the Dentist but came out feeling like I just left the Spa. It was truly relaxing to know my truck was in the hands of Professional's. A+++ to Rich and his team. I cant wait to go back and that's not the way I feel when I go to the dentist. I will be certain to make sure I see Rich on my next visit. Thanks Rich for the excellent customer service.

Good service and pleasant and efficient personnel.

I took my 2011 Buick Lacrosse in to have the driver's side heated seat replaced. This was the second time the seat stopped working. While I was there, they also replaced the recall item on the seats. The repair took longer than expected, but I got several phone calls letting me know the status. I was also offered a shuttle ride home.

Great service, Friendly, and courteous

Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The shuttle service is very helpful and appreciated when bringing in our cars for service.

outstanding in all aspects

Mark did a great job---no issues. Your GM and Finance Manager were also superior. Mark was the best car sales-person I have ever dealt with--in about every way. If the car continues to run the way it has--I will be a back to this dealership.

friendly very helpful pleasant experience

great experience only took 3.5 hours mark skrop was excellent whole staff was very helpful.i had been at 2 other dealers. Peruzzi will be my first choice from now on instead of my last.
