All Pro Service

From reception to checkout, all is professional, courteous and efficient. My 2012 Acadia Denali has been serviced exclusively at Peruzzi and I have always been satisfied. Recalls have been handled efficiently, detail work is exceptional and loaner cars are available. Follow-up contacts to confirm satisfaction with service is SOP and appreciated. My service record is maintained and available as may be required.

Maintenance of vehicle 9

Who would have thought waiting for service could be realxing. The staff is freindly and tried hard to keep me informed regarding my trucks progress. And asked multi times if there was anything I needed or anything they could do for me. This dealership makes getting your oil change a pleasant experience.

45,000 mile Service

I brought my car in for the routine 45,000 mile service, oil change and tire rotation. Told the service writer that I needed my car back by 3 as I had to pick up my grandson from school. When they called me they had found a problem with my lines to and from the transmission that needed work (under warranty). I only incurred a small deductible charge for that work. Peruzzi called Enterprise and had them bring a car over immediately which they loaned me for the day. I was able to get my grandson from school, take him to his karate lesson, and then to the school bus the following morning. By afternoon my car was serviced and ready. Great service here.

Excellent!

Fixed 2 recalls and the scheduled maintenance I went in for and still had me out on-time! Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with when we purchased a few months ago. Easiest purchase ever!
