Purchased new 2017 Terrain
First new car in about 6 years, Quick smooth professional process locating and delivering the vehicle we were looking for. Traded in our 2011 Terrain and got a fair deal. Visited the dealer on Saturday, worked with Mike and picked up the new car on Monday evening.

The service and repair work on my car was completed in a timely manner, being completed in the time promised. The only concern I had is with the lack of coverage for the warrantee items.

Employees are always friendly and courteous! All of my appointments have been easy to make. The service is always done in a timely manner! Great service department! Not sure why they are selling greeting cards and candy ( besides the vending machines) but it seems a little tacky, just my opinion

20,000 mile Canyon Service
Called and scheduled service a week in advance with the intention of waiting at the dealership for the service to be performed. Arrived on time and was promptly processed. I was advised in advance of the expected cost of the service that would be performed. Service was performed in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is the constant suggestion by Peruzzi Service Writers to have a throttle body cleaning performed. GM suggests to perform the service every 15,000 miles, Peruzzi suggests it every service visit (5000 miles). I've used this shop for preventive service and selective repairs for eight years and feel good about the experience overall.

Fantastic Service at the Collision Shop
Ricardo, Beth and Tony are fantastic to deal with. Sadly I've needed repair work done to my vehicle twice and both times they have given me the best price and completed the work quickly and professionally making my car look new again.

Report Card
Great overall but needs to take better care in keeping interior and exterior cleanliness of vehicles brought in, at least as good as if not better than when customers bring their cars in. SHOULD REALLY LOOK INTO GIVING CUSTOMERS FREE CAR WASH.
