They have very good customer service!

They have very good customer service! The technicians took care of my car and gave me a detailed video with my car. Byron made it easy checking out and understanding the multi point inspection papers you get with your car!

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. They never call you back, I will never buy another car there or take my car there for service ever again.

Took 1.

Took 1.75 hours for an oil change. Way too long. Gave an estimate of $245 to replace hood struts. I replaced them in 5 minutes for $20. Very disappointed!

I purchased my car in 2020 and my experience with Madison

I purchased my car in 2020 and my experience with Madison was the only great experience I’ve had, including the less than desirable salesperson. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and just amazing. I have brought my car exclusively to Walser for service over the past 5 years and she made my service experience great! Please don’t run her away. Thanks

Dropped vehicle off for oil change & tire rotation at

Dropped vehicle off for oil change & tire rotation at 2:50PM for a 3PM appointment. I was told it would be ready at 4:15PM. It was not returned to me until 5:45PM.
