Each time I would call for service, no one answers the phone. Very frustrating. I understand they have had changes and employees, but it has been over a month now.

I recently had my car in for service at Acura of Wichita, and Byron and the entire service team took great care of both me and my vehicle. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was handled with care. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Great customer service !

Great customer service !! I had my 3 grandsons with me and Byron was able to find me a loaner at the last minute, so could do our errands while the car was being serviced.

This is not only the Best Acura dealership that Ive ever

This is not only the Best Acura dealership that Ive ever dealt with, but the Best Dealership of any brand that I've ever dealt with...and I also worked for a large Kansas multi-brand dealership for 3 years several years ago, in the internet marketing dept. Acura of Wichita excels in all departments!! Thank you fir your great service!!

Experience was pretty typical.

Experience was pretty typical. It was nice they did allow an extended test drive without a salesperson. The salesperson was very, very pushy with addons post-sale and I was contemplating walking from the deal. Also, post-sales service was almost like they did not want to deal with the car. We brought it back for a rattle and they were unable to duplicate it several times even after explaining it to them on the phone until I showed them in the parking lot.

The car didnt have the options that we were told that it

The car didnt have the options that we were told that it had. Have to use a cord for apple car play to work. I don't feel it was a good price on the car and not a good price on the trade.
