My husband and I purchased our 2013 Dodge Durango a little over a month ago at Andy Shaw Ford. Mr. Donald Bradley went over and beyond my expectations to deliver superb Customer Services as we took our sweet time to select the right vehicle from their outstanding selection. Mr. Bradley displayed great patience as we test drove three vehicles before making a final choice. The sales and finance teams at Andy Shaw worked hard to ensure this was a pleasurable buying experience for us. All my questions and concerns were addressed and I feel certain that Mr. Bradley would continue to be as helpful today if we needed his assistance again .

My nephew was looking for a car (he has a truck, but wanted something good on gas for around town and on trips). He was looking in Franklin but couldn't find a car that he wanted. I suggested that he check with Audrea Burch at Andy Shaw Ford. I have seen on facebook where she has sold many cars and I told my nephew that she could probably find the "right one" for him. She did!!!. Audrea is sweet and a pleasure doing business with. The entire shopping for a car was a pleasant event - all of the employees are friendly and polite. My husband used to say that when you went by a car dealership that the salesmen looked like vultures waiting on your money. (This was back when they wore the dark dress pants and white shirts). I enjoyed the comfortness of the employee wearing shorts and casual clothes - gave you that family home feeling. My nephew has had his car for a week and has already went on a trip to Pennsylvania this weekend in it. I asked him if it was comfortable - he said yes. He loves his 2016 Ford Fussion.

Audrea Burch- was wonderful to work with during the car buying process. She has great customer service and never makes you feel pressured. I told her exactly what I was looking for and what price range I needed it in. After finding several vehicles she worked extremely hard to make sure it was exactly what i wanted. This was one of the most pleasant and best car purchasing experiences, I've had! Definitely will be back!

While my wife and I were traveling to Cherokee North Carolina for a 5 camping trip my F 250 diesel started losing a little power going up the mountains. Shortly after arriving at the campground my check engine light came on. I called Andy Shaw ford and spoke to John in the service department. He ask if I could get my truck to them before they closed. Which I did. He stated he may be able to get the diesel tech to check out the code that day. The next morning John called me and Told me what the problem was and how much the repair would cost. It was very reasonable. I was able to get my truck back around 2:00 that day. I wish that I lived close by this ford dealer . Very reasonable pricing and very professional. Silva is very lucky to have Andy Shaw ford.

What a great place to buy a vehicle. I had called another Ford dealer, told them what I wanted, they never called me back. Steve Smith at Andy Shaw was awesome and a really nice guy.
