Great service and staff

I have purchased several cars, new and used, from Andy Shaw Ford. They are a low-pressure, no-haggle dealer with a great selection of vehicles. They provide great customer service and the service department is helpful and friendly.

Fantastic customer service

I'm so glad I had a friend to take me to Andy Shaw. I was a little nervous at first being this was my first car purchase. Sandy was very kind. He truly listened to what I needed and wanted. The whole process was amazing. Any questions or concerns I had was took care of. I am very happy and pleased with my car. And I can't wait to recommend any and everyone to Andy Shaw Ford in Sylva.

Stress-free process!

Steve was wonderful to work with during the car buying process. I was able to tell him what sort of vehicle we were looking for and he found us the perfect car in just a few days! Everything went very smooth and he took care of all the stressful details. This was the easiest car-buying process, and we got a great car for a great price thanks to Steve!

David Rogers review

I have had several cars repaired at Andy Shaw Ford service department and have NEVER been disappointed. David Rogers has always been very fair and honest with me. The work done for me has always been better than I expected. Andy Shaw Ford has always treated me like family.

David Rogers service manager

My 2012 Ford Escape was leaking oil I have a very busy schedule I called David Rogers he had my car picked up then brought back to me at work the next day all I can say is WOW excellent service with 0 worries ? car runs back great again everytime I take it there they treat me very well they will always have my business..

Effortless and Appreciative..

I recently needed a car for I totaled mine after looking at more than 20 different automobiles and no one listening to what I wanted and what I was willing to pay etc.....the usual same ole same ole salesman pitch......I already had prior financing and yet some still wanted to do that I didn't need it......Dustin Shuler one of the salespeople at Andy Shaw Ford was and is a God send for the purchase of my latest car......I found the car late on the internet, I called the next morning within two hours he brought the car to me to check out and all the reports and thus far, not once did he give me this sales pitch or anything of this nature, he was honest sincere are very friendly I would highly recommend this dealership and Dustin Shuler for a very quick and hassle free experience.....Anthony Stockton

Best Car-Buying Experience Ever

We recently purchased a 2015 Ford Transit Cargo Van At Andy Shaw Ford, and we are so thrilled with the great deal that we got and the van itself. It suits our needs perfectly and it drives like a dream. The staff that we worked with were just wonderful; it feels like buying a car from a friend and they are truly "no pressure". They even make taking it in for regular maintenance a pleasant experience. We bought from them, too, because they do so much to support multiple charities in our community. They hosted a huge Drive Away Hunger event on behalf of The Community Table last year and raised almost $20,000 to feed our neighbors in need. These folks are the real deal!

Service

Took my car in to have o2 sensor replaced, was told to have it there at 8am. I sat there form 8 till 4. 8hours. Don't think this was a good way to treat a new customer. Very poor way of treating anyone.

We are very sorry that Ms B feels that she has had a bad experience at Andy Shaw Ford. When Ms B made her initial service appointment our Service Advisor informed her that it would take the better part of a day as diagnostics are performed in the morning and repairs are made in the afternoon. When she brought her vehicle in she was asked if she would like a ride somewhere as the process was once again reiterated to her. Ms B indicated that she would just wait. The Service Advisor checked in with her several times and even asked if she could take her to lunch, which she refused. Our Service Manager has tried to reach out to her and has left numerous messages on her voice mail. Ms B has chosen not to respond. Andy Shaw Ford Service Department prides itself on customer satisfaction. Every effort is made to resolve any problem, however in this case it is made difficult by the reluctance of Ms B to contact us. Our Service Manager, David Rogers, would like to resolve this issue and can be reached at 828-339-1251.
