Great buying experiance

I purchased a 2017 F-150 from Expressway Ford and it was a very easy process. My sales rep, Braden Bolerjack, was very helpful and friendly. He came up with the exact truck that I wanted with no "high pressure" sales technique. The purchasing process went very smoothly and I was able to drive my new truck home that same day and left feeling like I got a great deal. I highly recommend them and expect to be a repeat customer!!

Great Service. Will recommend to friends & family.

Came to this dealership seeking a specific car that I found on their website. Was greeted by Cory George. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. My only complaint was that the car was not on the lot. It was being detailed and did not show up for a week later. This was blamed on the detail shop. Once the car was available I was able to test drive and secure a deal. When I got home I found out that the engine splash shield had a big rip in it. When I brought this up to Expressway they replaced the part free of charge. Very happy with customer service! Will recommend to friends and family.

Don't be a female shopping there

If you are a female looking to purchase a vehicle on your own be sure to include a male because they apparently need some education on how to treat a female purchaser. Gave them 4 chances and every inquiry I made with MY contact info they instead contacted my husband. The 4th time my business went to a different dealership. Guess they have way to much business. Will never make an inquiry or purchase there again. Sad thing is had purchased 5 vehicles there before. Again lots of education needed!

done wrong

Purchased new truck 8 days after got truck home giving the truck a good cleaning found cut in back seat and a bunch of broken glass behind back seat, no explanation on how window got broken out. Was not real happy about this,would have choose a different truck if I new it was damaged.So not even30 days pass thought I would c about trading truck and it's worth 10500 dollars less than it was 30 days earlier ,I would have a hard time doing business with them ever again .My stepson is looking to buy a new truck, this diffenty made his mind up were not to go

Something's Gone Wrong

We had a good salesperson, but had a bad impression of the organization he worked for. Very disappointing trade offer. Very misleading vehicle description. Significant damage to the vehicle wasn't mentioned at all in the ad. Very bad communication. No emails returned sent to multiple addresses. Very dated showroom. Left with the feeling this was a dealership in transition. Astonished at how little this dealer wanted to close a sale. We were there to buy that day and were treated as though we were stopping by to have a tire fixed. Sure, there was no pressure, but I seriously felt like I would need to bring my own pen to sign the paperwork because they cared so little about sending me home in a new car.

Logan Schmitt

Was looking to purchase a used truck for a few weeks then finally called the dealer and talk to Logan. After a few weeks of looking and my work hours finally was able to go look in person. And was happy to find a 2005 f-150. We arrived at 9 am and didn't leave till 2 pm which the truck came from the evansville store, but, seemed like we was always pushed back and made to wait. So hoping it was a Bad day there and all. Glad we did not have any prior appointments that day. Yes I will go back and buy another truck from there at a later date just hope it won't take a long time.

This place is a joke!

Words cannot truly describe how this dealership operates. I had to ask the receptionist for a salesperson. The winner of the race that ensued was Dennis Johnson. Upon entering his office and stating my name for the second and third time we muddled through all the standard name/address/phone number process. In the next 45 minutes he and a guy I had never seen took my truck for a drive without asking me or telling me where they were going. Long story short, I was told what the price would be for a 2016 and that I couldn't buy a 2015, after waiting 45 minutes for an answer to my original question. The salesman would not pay attention to me, and acted like I was putting him out to be there. I have worked in sales and this place takes the cake for the all time worst excuse for a dealership I have ever seen. This had nothing to do with money. I would not have purchased a vehicle from them for any price after the treatment I received.
