As much as I am skeptical of dealerships, this was a pleasant experience. After talking to Joe Andres about a vehicle, I made the almost 4 hour drive from MO. When I arrived, Joe pointed out that he had an identical truck with 11000 fewer miles. I arrived at 9 and even with a test drive, had a deal with financing before noon. I had not planned to purchase that day so had no down payment. They went the extra mile (lots of them) and delivered the truck to me the next day! This dealership has changed my.mind about dealerships. There are still businesses that thrive because of great customer service. Joe Andres was an easy, no pressure sales rep that made it a pleasure to make a major purchase. Jimmy in finance was just as easy to work.with. I would highly recommend this dealership and would make the drive if I'm in the market for a vehicle in the future.

Nothing bad to say what so ever. Highly recommend Heller Motors in Pontiac, IL. Was looking for a newer used Chrysler Pacifica. Wanted to trade in our Explorer for the van. Had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Mehrkens. Got to say one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. Told him exactly what I wanted and he was able to get my family and I in a van that we absolutely love. He was to the point and didn't beat around the bush with things I asked him about. He is very professional, kind and courteous and knows how to help a customer. Jeremy worked with the finance department and even helped me get a lower payment than what I already had as well. Drove an hour and a half to view a car. Payton was very responsive over text and made sure I knew what I was I for! When I arrived the car was out and ready to test drive! They made the process so easy and seamless and helped me a lot as someone with below average credit. I got the car I fell in love with and I am so happy about it! They even kept the interior LED lights I had asked them to keep! Payton was really nice and made sure everything went smooth! Highly recommend!!
