Stopped by Hoffman Ford for a "The Works" Oil Change

Stopped by Hoffman Ford for a "The Works" Oil Change which was scheduled to be dont while I waited. During oil change David Peltz asked me into the shop where service person described his undercar inspection and recommended service. Both men were very helpful, polite, and professional, the work was performed quickly, and the bill was even less than the discount coupon price! Very pleased with the experience! :-)

After some communication problems Tyler stepped in and the service I received was quick and efficient. It turned out I needed a new strut. Tyler reached out to Lincoln Concierge and it was determined the part was under warranty, all but $100 was covered, very nice to hear. Tyler even drove to my house to pick me up so I could have my car when promised! Outstanding service!

Dave Peltz has been absolutely outstanding each time I

Dave Peltz has been absolutely outstanding each time I have had scheduled repairs done on my family’s vehicles. The most recent being my 2004 F-250 Super Duty. The truck has been through a lot and owes me nothing, I had a long list of repairs (and a budget) that needed to be done and Dave managed the entire process flawlessly, keeping me updated every step of the way. Dave is professional, up front and honest and I very much appreciate that. The job got done on time and more importantly on budget. I want to thank Dave and his tech (Kevin K.) for taking the time to explain and detail the process from start to finish, and as a Hoffman Ford customer since 1994 this is what keeps me coming back. I was in the market for a previously owned LEXUS IS 250.

I was in the market for a previously owned LEXUS IS 250. I met with them briefly, went over some options and my out the door maximum price, and boom, within a few weeks they had a car identified.
