We just purchased a new 2012 Chevrolet Malibu at Kunes Country Chevrolet & Cadillac in Delavan, WI. We are pleased with its performance so far. We are VERY PLEASED with the dealership! We went to Kunes to look at cars because of the outstanding service we have received on our two other vehicles over the past three years, especially Service Manager Tim Breidenstein. We looked at Malibus at five dealerships in Illinois and Wisconsin, and there is no comparison in how we were treated. At the other dealerships we were just a number, but at Kunes we were special. Our salesman, Brian Krakofsky, was "over the top". He was very personable, informative and tried to meet our every need and answer all of our questions. He "exceeded our expectations". In fact, everyone at Kunes, including Business Manager Robert Watt, made buying the car enjoyable. Service Manager Tim Breidenstein provided valuable additional information regarding warranties, xzilon protection, etc. based on his experience in the service area. We value Tim's input based on three years of our working with him in the service area. We felt like treasured customers. Everyone was very friendly, and yet very professional. I just purchased a 2012 Chevy Equinox from Kunes Country Chevy. I cannot even begin to explain my happiness with the customer service that I received. Brian K. is an amazing salesperson...he is a very down to earth person who did not make me feel pressured or rushed when making my decision. He is very knowledgable with all the features of the vehicle and I felt that he really went the extra mile to explain and show me how everything worked and to set up my Bluetooth for me. I also would like to thank Robert and Tina the finance people for doing an outstanding job to get me the lowest interest and payments possible. I would recommend this dealership and Brian K to anyone I know and I have constantly been mentioning them since I made my purchase on 10/3/11. We were put in touch with Stephanie at Kunes Country Ford, internet sales. She took time to find us exactly the car that we wanted. The Finance group (Kevin and Bill) went above and beyond to get us the best rate possible. The whole process was hassle free and without the usual "high pressure" of other dealerships. We have had the car back for routine maintnenace and have found the service department to be as professional and responsive as the sales department. We have already recommnended Kunes Country to several people and in particular to our son whio also bought a 2012 Escape from there. We love our car and when its time to get another car we will be back.

My husband and I were on turn down after turn down as we were looking for a new vehicle. Our last hope was just about gone and Kunes Counrty Auto Group in Delevan WI was there to help. They did everything in their power to help us get into the new car that we so dearly deserved. They have the nicest sales people and they are the are overall the best dealership we have been too. While they were figuring the numbers and everything they always kept us in the loop as to what was going on. We didnt have to sit and wonder. They were great and they definetly made customers out of us for life. When you need a new or used vehicle this is the place to go.
