Had my truck towed there on 12/16/2025. My truck has not even made it into the shop. Was told that I would be charged a second tow to get it into the shop. I was given three different dates that my truck would be worked on. None of them happen. Was told that when the snow stopped they could get me in. Worst service ever

Troy, we're very sorry that we weren't able to repair your truck in a timely manner. I understand that it's frustrating to be given inaccurate timelines. I'd like to look into what happened and make sure your truck is repaired ASAP. Would you please contact me when you have a moment? We are concerned to receive this feedback, as we hold honesty and data integrity as high priorities for our team. Our dealership does not sell salvage-title vehicles, so we take this review very seriously. Would you consider reaching out to me directly to discuss the situation you're referencing? Thank you, Michael Rich - General Manager - michaelrich@lithia.com

Overall it was disappointing. The vehicle was rusty underneath, so they sold me a corrosion protection package, that doesn't cover corrosion. Only reapllication of the undercoating, which they did a poor job of applying. Thry sprayed it right over the dirt and old road salt, trapping it between the metal and new undercoating. Additionally, they didn't bother to remove the spare tire to spray above it, and also didn't spray large sections of underneath the truck bed that were accessible, but they sprayed the axles, springs and shocks with undercoating? Wow.

Our experience with Don's Ford was very good. Collin was very in tune to the car of my choice and overall purchase. He went above and beyond if he was unsure of a question(s) that related to the vehicle's options and did not hesitate to ask others in the dealership. He listened, was very attentive, knowledgeable and had very good customer service. Keep up the nice work. Appreciative Customer.

An hour away. Hoping to get a deal, but not to be. Car I test drove needed extreme brake work. Felt if corrected this would have sealed the deal. Told it would be gone through at sale. Off $800 on trade / off $ 1,200 on price.

Worst place to go for a vehicle, the vehicle its self if fine but the people working there absolutely not our sales man angel first made use feel like we had to buy the vehicle then when we actually decided on said vehicle the barely paid off both the cars we put down towards it one of which was a 2020 with less than 40,000 miles on it but because it was common and had a check engine light on( do to a sensor that we said we would get fixed but he said it would only add on a few extra hundred)then he told us the it was cheaper for us to take the car to a garage than it was for the dealership garage to fix it such bull crap. He was very rude told us we wasn't doing our job because we wasn't happy with the payments on a 35,000 dollar vehicle its over 600 . Took away the under coat then added back in kept on messing up the vehicles we was trading in , then told our insurance company we used one bank when we used a different one . If I could give a negative star I would 0-10 would not recommend will never go back to buy have to go back for the oil changes.

DONT DO IT!!! I bought a used BMW there. They illegally put a NY state inspection sticker on a car with threads showing through the tires on the inside where you couldn’t see it. We kept the tires as proof and are working with NY State who gives them a license to do inspections. The convertible top got stuck on the first day. Parts of it were being held together with ZIP TIES which we have video of. It had a cracked wheel and the struts were bad. The salesman refused to return my calls the GM did at first but then stopped. He paid for a limited extended warranty as a courtesy which covered nothing. They paid for the cracked wheel and a battery and then the service person Billy said they would pay for nothing else since it was a used car. I had to put new tires on immediately and I’m still saving the money to get the struts done. I made 2 car payments before I could drive the car because the top got stuck. Hopefully NY State can do something about what they do.

Hello Shirley, Customer safety and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to our team and receiving this feedback despite our efforts to resolve your concerns is regrettable. Our reputation is important to us, and though we understand you are frustrated, there are some areas of your feedback we’d like to address. At the time of your purchase, we were transparent about the vehicle’s current state to the best of our abilities, and when inspected, it met all New York guidelines necessary to pass. As you stated, we paid for the wheel replacement and new battery after suggesting you take the vehicle to an OEM dealership – which is better equipped to diagnose issues with its own make and model. Understanding your frustration at this time, we also added the 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty coverage to your vehicle at no additional cost. Unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do to assist you in repairing a preowned vehicle that is over a decade old with more than 110,000 miles on its odometer and we wish you the best moving forward. Thank you, Don’s Ford Management Team

This was the WORST buying experience I have EVER had in 35 years! If I could give a zero stars I would’ve! They screwed with the price! We waited 2 HOURS for pickup. The “Manager” Angel tried to talk his way out of the incompetence that was happening from sales to finance to himself! I would STRONGLY recommend don’t buy from this dealer! When we left my fiancé opened her visor (passenger side) and the mirror popped off and the visor was hanging! When I sent a picture to Emily (our salesperson) her response was “I don’t make the cars”? Are you F’ing kidding me? There 100 and something checklist showed they “supposedly” looked at the visors? This dealer doesn’t care about the consumer and again I STRONGLY recommend DO NOT give them your business!

I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima on June 4th 2022 for about 10k, 14k after taxes and warranty. The car has had consistent problems starting from the first month despite them keeping it an extra few days to have it “completely looked at by the shop”. 06/07/22 I had to have a wheel bearing replaced even though they stated they took car of them before giving it to me, and a wheel speed sensor which did not take care of my TPMS light problem but was told it was fine. 07/07/22 I lost power steering in the car brought it in and was diagnosed as being the steering shaft, and I had a broken heat shield. A few days later the car wouldn’t start and I had to have it towed in and found out that the alternator was also bad. They sent the car back to me “fixed” but the heat shield still rattles to this day 08/29/23. During the 2 weeks it took to get the parts I was never offered any other source of transportation as there was “nothing left in the lot”. 11/25/22 I had to have my rear rotors and breaks replaced, then in 12/01/22 I had to have both rear wheel bearings replaced. 05/02/23 the car slipped out of gear while driving and was diagnosed to have a faulty transmission. I was once again left paying monthly payments on a car that was not drivable and not offered any other transportation. Later on 05/31/23 I had to have both my mufflers replaced as they were completely rotted out despite having the car less than a year. On 07/19/23 the car wouldn’t move out of PARK and I was told I had a bad shifter assembly and before I could fix that problem I found out that my rear tires were shot because of a rotted rear subframe. Don’s Ford offered to make it up to me by “buying out my car”. I waited a week before being offered a car with no warranty for 132 more dollars a month and no warranty. Then was asked to give a 1500 down payment and they would only take my car as a trade in for 1556 dollars less than I still owe on my loan and only if I bought another car from them.
