Absolutely horrible.

Absolutely horrible. My truck sat there for nine months. The loaner vehicle they gave me was a Subaru a new one but not my pick up or a pick up. They were rude and when I said, I'll never buy another Ford or one from there the answer was, we have plenty of customers not to worry. I used to have five Ford vehicles in my driveway. Now I'm no longer important. I'm not the only one with these complaints. Plenty of people are complaining. Unless it was a recall, I would never go back there and this was a recall and it took nine months nine months to get my stuff, not apologetic about it at all.

Easy buying experience.

Easy buying experience. I knew the vehicle I wanted to purchase, did not want to test drive it, and make a deal on it. They made the deal happen in a short amount of time.

Trading in my 2009 Nissan frontier for a 2019 Jeep

Trading in my 2009 Nissan frontier for a 2019 Jeep compass latitude with 31,892 miles on it was told the payment would be 530 a month when I got the paperwork from Capital One it’s 544 a month after I picked it up. Noticed it was making a rattling noise in the front end called the dealership the next day to make an appointment dropped it off on Monday, March 9. They started the inspection at 9:44 AM. Finally just got a hold of somebody saying that the rack and pinion and inner tie rod and need to be replaced when I asked about a loaner they said they don’t have one and they don’t have a rental and then they parts won’t be there for two days and then I said so what you’re saying is I can’t get to work for two days. I have no way to get back for to work he said yes, not too happy.
