They sold my nephew a car, not the one he wanted, at an interest rate too high for his credit rating, within a week it broke down and they wouldn't cover it under warranty. He's 20, they saw a kid and fleeced him. He's driving a lemon and Dirty Don's sold it to him. xxxxxxxx.

Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. Called at 8am and was told would call back shortly. No call back and went there at 4pm. Told didn’t have part in stock. Miraculously got the part at 4:30 after telling them I was not happy. Car was done by 5:30pm. Has happened to us more than once. If someone communicated this during the day would have had a better outcome. Then had to go back the next day because they forgot to tighten a bolt!! Unacceptable!

You should not be asked to drop your car off for service
You should not be asked to drop your car off for service at 7am and then they keep your car all day long and don’t even finish looking at it to tell you what it needs by end of day. I got excuse after excuse as to why they didn’t look at it in the morning. They wasted my entire day.
