My overall experience with Hertrich Buick was excellent. I was working with Nick as my sales professional. He ensured that all of my needs were met from the beginning of the process through the time that I picked up my vehicle. Nick and the team were professional and courteous.

The only thing they are good at is bait and switch.
The only thing they are good at is bait and switch. They said they would honor an ad I received from Buick.com. They strung me along for over two weeks telling me they would locate a car for me. Even sent me a photo and window sticker. When it was time to pick up the car it suddenly wasn't available. They claimed it was sold to someone else. They assured me they would find another car. Again sent me a window sticker for the car. Once again, when it was time to get the car, there was no car available. In the end, the salesperson, Maria, claimed she could not honor the original deal and tried to get me to accept a higher priced car requiring a higher down payment and resulting in a higher monthly payment than was specified in the Buick ad. This is fraudulent and deceptive advertising.

I ordered and paid for a running light fixture for my
I ordered and paid for a running light fixture for my Yukon Denali. The dealership contacted me when the part came in and we agreed on an appointment date. I showed up for my appointment but the service department didn’t have anyone available to install it, so I had to drive approximately one hour back home. I contacted them a couple weeks later and told them I just wanted a refund. They refunded me a partial payment and kept $550.00 stating that I hand to pay a restocking fee. They are the ones who could not install the part when I showed up for my scheduled appointment, so therefore I should be refunded the full amount. This dealership refuses to do so.They will no longer receive my business!!! After being contacted by the service manager Shane, he corrected and made this issue right!!! I am very happy with the result!!! Thank you Hertrich GMC!!! You are a 5 Star Dealership!!! Vince B.

Service was a nightmare, had our vehicle 22 weeks, they
Service was a nightmare, had our vehicle 22 weeks, they said we weren't a priority. We brought it in for the ongoing transmission issue since we brought. Lied to us several times about working on our vehicle and when it would be ready. They also threatened to charge us a $75.00 storage fee if we didn't pay immediately for our vehicle. When we did pay we still didn't get our vehicle, we had to wait another 3 weeks because they said we weren't a priority, GM had to get involved, finally we got our vehicle back, the transmission still has the same probelms. This whole experience was a total nightmare, I will never use them again, they do not keep their word very terrible service, I don't recommend them at all, I wish I could give them a -5 star review.

The vehicle I purchased arrived with damage sustained during transport, and the dealer assured me that they would order a new bumper and replace it once it arrived. Fast forward a year later, and I found myself chasing them down for updates on the replacement. To my dismay, the dealer reneged on their promise and refused to replace the damaged bumper. This decision, I was told, came directly from the owner, demonstrating a clear disregard for integrity and the value of their word. As someone who has spent their life in sales, I've come to understand that actions speak louder than words, and this experience has revealed the true nature of this particular company and its owner. It is disheartening to see a business that places so little value on their integrity and the promises they make to their customers. Fortunately, I have no intention of ever dealing with them again. However, I hope that by sharing my story, others can avoid falling into the same trap and make more informed decisions when choosing a car dealership. Remember, a company's true colors often shine through in the way they treat their customers, and in this case, those colors were far from reassuring.
