I have no idea how this place is still in business. They sell junk, they treat their customers like they're doing them a favor just to speak to them, they are condescending. Looking forward to the day that I drive-by the lot and they are out of business.

Bought a 2013 Cadillac ATS, test drove the car. Seemed fine. Bought it for $9600 and drove away. 8 hrs later transmission went out. Called and they said l cars are as is even though they did not have the Buyers Guide posted on the vehicle which is a law in Florida. I was told the car had no warranty after they swiped my car. I received a car back from one of the sales guys who stated their preferred mechanic said that there is a transmission liquid that he uses to " fix a chattering transmission " xxx...I said who do you thing your fooling...but that explains why is ran fine while test driving...they masked the problem to sell it...I'm a single father and that money was all I could spend...now I'm out with no money to fix it

We stopped by this lot to look at several vehicles, found one we liked and asked to test drive it. We were told we could if we were serious about buying. After weeks of looking and researching vehicles, we knew we were buying A car that day, just wasn't sure if it would be THAT one. So we said we had others on our list to check out and that we would come back. We spent the rest of the day driving 45 minutes and looking at a zillion other cars at lots with much "friendlier" sales staff. It was exhausting! I wasn't shopping for a new FRIEND, I needed a vehicle. Long story short...We returned to Heath, he happily handed over the keys to the car we wanted to drive and we were signing papers within an hour. Is this the fanciest office I sat in yesterday? Nope. Did the sales staff try to schmooze up to us and waste our time chit chatting? Nope. Did he make any claims about the car before we decided to purchase It? Nope. Did he try to sway our decision? Nope. After 9 hours of car shopping did I really care about any of that? Nope!! The bottom line is, you can't stay in business for over 20 years with an "A" rating from the Better Business Bureau if you're TRULY crooked, scam artists. They take the time to post their inventory online and provide FREE Carfax reports on every car. We were told we could take it to our mechanic and have it checked out before we purchased it. I'm sure you can too. So do that BEFORE you buy it. If you're looking for an "As-Is" decent car with fair "no haggle" and "transparent" pricing, this is a great lot. If you're looking for a FRIEND or someone to persuade you on what to buy, go somewhere else. We left there with an 8 year old SUV with less than 50,000 miles on it that looks and sounds new. If it turns out to be a crappy ride, that's on US, Heath didn't "make" us buy it! (Oh and pro-tip....don't believe a "review" based on someone else's review. Some of these on here are from people who never set foot on that lot. That's just crazy!)

I have never seen so many bad reviews in my life! What the heck happened to customer service, these people are so rude its amazing! How do you expect to sell a car or have any customers at all with your kind of attitude, I'm thoroughly surprised your still in business! There was an SUV I was really interested in on your lot till I read those reviews so you did just lose another customer! In your own words, GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BUISNESS!

In Florida and Was going to drive 2 1/2 hours for my cousin to look at a car that was advertised. I decided to read some of the reviews first, Glad I did. Not that I believe all reviews. So I started to dig a little deeper and do a Car Fax on the this car - WOW 3 front end Accidents, 1 of which was a fire. Car Fax may not tell you everything, but it does tell you what you don't know. And none of which was mentioned in the Phone conversation. And you can not test drive unless you want to buy now. SO why would ANYONE buy without test driving First, PERIOD? bought a car from them they had that it had a blown head gasket they would not help in any way had the car for one day before I took it to my mechanic and found the problem horrible don't ever buy a car from them

They never returned my call or inquiry for information. I contacted them a few times. I eventually found a car somewhere else. I wouldn't go there again.

Was yelled at and told to leave the lot when asked to look at a Car .Employee stated that since I had been there 3 times looking I wasn't serious about buying and to leave.. Thanks to him I believe I dodged a bullet since I had decided on a vehicle and was ready to buy.. The absolute worst experience EVER!! Can't imagine had I spent 6000$ what I might have gotten..
