I was interested in a used car. I called several times and I asked two times if there was a check engine light: they responded "No". I asked if the car was in good condition and they told me it was in a very good condition, nothing special. I decided (thank god) to send a mechanic for an inspection and...there was a check engine light, and the rims were un a very bad shape, the tires were worn over the legal limit, there was a broken piece of trim inside. None of these issues were disclosed when I called. They just don't care. Of course...cash only.

Never again

They had several cars my wife and I were interested in. We asked to take a test drive on a car. The sales rep gave us the key and said start it up. I got in, started it and my wife and both noticed a weird sound at start up. Once the engine was running it sounded fine. The sales rep walked up to us and my wife nicely mentioned the noise it made at start up. He immediately got rude and said nothing was wrong. Then my wife suggested me starting it again just to double check. The rep came over to me, aggressively reached into the car taking the keys away from me saying that he didn’t want me to damage the car. He also said the other cars we were interested in all sound the same. He stormed off basically telling us to get lost. I have never experienced such a rude unprofessional sales rep and would never go back or recommend them to anyone.

Buyer Beware!!!

As snow birds, we purchased a 2011 sedan from the dealership as a winter car, assured it was in great working order and even had it at the garage the day before purchase. Got the car home in November/19 and it leaked oil the first day. We went north until after Christmas. Returned took the car to the garage and had to spend OVER $2000.00 in repairs. Not sure how a sales person could bold face lie but he did. No warranty, never again. I will provide 2000.00 worth of bad advertising on their behalf.

Was going to buy ?

I was going to buy that Saturn until I read all these reviews. I don't think I could trust you. The pictures look nice but, with a rear end collision on it, dont know if it was repaired correctly Sorry.

Waited too long. Vehicle was sold when I arrived.

The salesmen were friendly and the lot was well stocked with good looking vehicles. However, I waited a week before coming to the dealership and the Chrysler Sebring - Convertible that I had my eye on was gone. Saw a cute little Miata there as well. Didn't get to test drive it.

They sold me a car that broke down in a week.

I recently purchased an SUV. When I purchased it, they told me the only thing wrong with it was an emissions sensor. That was just a small drop in the bucket of what needed fixed. I had it checked out after I purchased it. It needed new sway bars for the suspension plus the emissions sensor and new brakes. So I had those fixed. Then a week later, the engine started leaking oil and transmission fluid. So I took it to the mechanic again. Long story short, I needed new oil pan gaskets which parts are cheap but labor is very expensive. They had to remove the entire engine to replace those gaskets. I had to buy a whole new transmission as well. Donny Mills Auto didn't care when I called, they just told me the vehicle was sold as/is. So I'm stuck with paying $7,800 in repairs for a vehicle that is only worth $5,000. So I actually paid 1.5 times the value of the vehicle just to make it drivable. If I were to do it again, I would find another dealer.

We are sorry to hear of your situation...That being said we are not in the business of selling new cars nor did we sell you a warranty on the used car you purchased..We are also not in the business of telling our customers what to buy and we are not in the business of telling our customers how to buy without a pre inspection...We make no promises and you were not misled as to your purchase which you tried to elude to in your "review" . As far as the "repairs" you "needed" that unfortunately is on you the customer...You purchased the vehicle well knowing there is NO WARRANTY and it is AS-IS .....But if you think this "review" helps you that is your right....But it is also our right as a business to defend our selves against unfair reviews too.... Best of luck to you and your well paid mechanic .

low prices but salvage cars

They advertise salvage cars for cheap prices without mentioning that in their add. I found that from carfax. Good sellers always mention details like that in their adds. Never get tricked for low prices; the place is full of scams.

Horrible

I was on the phone to call about a truck I was interested in and a man picked up the phone and was being rude the whole time! Horrible customer service and bad employee he gave a lot of attitude in the phone ! Maybe worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with!

Warning do not buy there !!

They sold me a Nissan Rogue 2014 spend 8500 on it they sell it with a bad airbag they know the airbag was bad the car it's for my daughter's I told guy that he did not care about it because he sold the car with the bad airbag very dangerous could have beaten the accident airbag would never come out spend $1,800 extra trying to fix it I feel I got ripped off

Cars Not Available

Drove over an hour to see any of the 4 vehicles we were interested in - they did not have even 1 on the lot!! Said they were being detailed - all 4 of them at once!! On a Sunday - Right.
