Contacted dealer to buy a used PT CRUISER. Took a couple of days to get questions answered through email (via cars.com website). Tried to negotiate an asking price before going to dealer to test drive. Sales rep said she didnt have enough profit in the car to negotiate from the posted price so if i didnt want to pay that price, I shouldn't bother coming in! I was quite surprised- everyone negotiates car prices. Ah well, their loss. I bought another PT elsewhere (my third).

My wife and I stopped by two weeks ago on a Sat. about 11:00 and waited around for 45 mins. No one was there or showed up. No signs stating they would be right back. We had cash and a trade in and could not make a deal. We checked the hours on-line and at the door of the office, both said 10:00 - 2:00 . Unfortunally this was our only day off and we saw the jeep the week before and decided to buy it. I'm sure they make more than one of these and we will continue to look elsewhere.

Found dealing with this dealer to be very pleasant. No pressure. Good selection of vehicles to choose from and at very fair prices. Overall enjoyed the sales process..from test drive to ease of completing final paperwork. Dealership offers a quality product and are willing to back it up with a warranty. You couldn't ask for more.

Just purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. Vehicle showed very well and drove well. Overall experience was A+. dealer didn't push me any, but rather allowed me room to truly inspect vehicle,yet was close enough to answer any questions I had. :)
