Since i can remember i have been in love with the original dodge challenger. Its my dream car. So when they started re-making them in 2008 my heart skipped a beat with the promise of owning my very own challenger rt (hemi of course)!! i knew i had to have one but unfortunately my creedit and some other factors made this dream seem impossible as months and years went by with no real hope of having my dream realized. But then i went to eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge right in my home borough of the bronx. There, i met senior sales rep. Robert LaRosa and sales specialist Rick Rogers and right from their warm greeting i knew it was destined to be a great sales experience (epecially after countless times dealing with incompotent and useless dealerships and sales people). Rick made me feel that i was dealing more with one of my own friends then a car salesman. He was honest right from the start and asked the same from me which made the experience much better. Robert was very funny and warm and made it his mission to have my dream come true!! My mom came with me as she is more experienced with car shopping and she was shown nothing but respect by Rick and Robert. They asked what my price range was and we went from there. For hours they sat with us explaining every possible option with leasing and buying and really went out of there way to get the low price that i was hoping for. I honestly felt that they wanted to see my dream come true as much as i did (and not just to make a sale). Robert and Rick were the perfect blend of knowledgable, curtious, professional, and patient. And guess what? I am now driving around in a brand new 2012 dodge challenger rt with a whole bunch of extras both on the car and warantee that would have made this deal impossible, but because of Rick Rogers and Robert LaRosa it became possible!

The Worst Dealership In The Bronx
Bought a used car, the customer service was ok, the salesman didn't have any knowledge of cars at all. bought the car, because I know about cars more than they do!!! But, the car needed serious servicing and I had to bring it back over 5 times just to get the repairs done right! I needed to speak to the owner of the dealership to get everything dealt with properly!!! I'm not please with this place at all and I would recommend no one to buy from this dealership...

I just had the best buying experience I could have hoped for.. I had the pleasure of having Robert LaRosa as my sales Rep. From the very start of the process up until he waved goodbye to me after congratulating me as I drove off in my new dark cherry Jeep Liberty. Although I was weary about finalizing the deal the same day, Robert made me feel comfortable, told me everything I needed to know and showed true professionalism at all times.. I would definetely recommend all of my friends to stop by and see Robert LaRosa if they were considering buying a car.. Robert, thanks again for a beautiful day... : )

I went into the dealership to see about upgrading from a Patriot to a Liberty. I was met at the door and introduced to Jimmy Somma. He was very clear about everything I asked about. He showed me my options and explained each one very carefully. He strikes me as a pure professional and not pushy. Within an hour I was able to decide to upgrade to a Liberty. Javier Sierra,also very professional, took me thru the financing process and he also was very careful to explain everything. The long and short of my experience is that I drove in with a Patriot and drove out with a Liberty all the paper work was done quickly (for the process) and I left very happy. I recommend that if you are serious about purchasing a car you should bring all your papers with you for a quick and easy swap. I have no reservations telling people that this Dealership is professionally run and a great buying experience.

I went in to get my car inspected and service but while waiting I decided to look at a Limited Jeep Laredo I had been wanting for sometime..Celcil saw me checking out the vehicle and asked if he could be of service.....from that moment on Mr Sarpong guided me step by step thru the process of obtaining my new car and trading in my old Jeep. No question was unanswered and whatever I did not understand he was very patient in explaining it. He was very honest and reliable and I will definitely refer him to my sister now that she is looking to purchase a new vehicle...Thank you Mr.Sarpong.
