Looking for a new jeep Liberty, Had a great experience with Nick and Javier. Both very professional and helped me get into a new car at a very fair price. The entire dealership was friendly and courteous and I couldn't be happier about my purchase. They honored a newspaper add and made the process very seamless. I have purchased several new cars and would have to say this was my best experience so far. I will be looking for another new car for my family soon and will very likely be going to see Nick again!!

The service department didn't fix something on the vehicle they were supposed to fix, which is why I listed the "Quality of Work" as "OK," but I am confident they'll make good on their word. My experience at Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge was good. At first, I was disappointed when I got there for my appraisal appointment at 2:15 and I had to wait until someone was free to assist me. However, my sales rep was helpful and in the end I got the vehicle that I wanted.
