Shoreline Auto Center just sent me a nice red impala!! The prices steep at all and that worked out a good price that fits me well. I'm really happy that I found this place because now i have the car that i wanted.

I had been dealing with the larger dealerships in search of a Ford Edge for my wife and found Shoreline thru resarching the net.I was skepical and leery about dealing with a smaller typer of car dealer but we eventually worked out a fair deal with our saleman Gary. This is the first time I've used the internet to research and negotiate the car shoppping experiece and found it to be a totally new experience. The playing field has been leveled.

LET ME START BY SAYING I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE BEING THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I PURCHASED A CAR BY MYSELF. WHEN I CALLED THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE ME AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE. I CAME OUT NOT BELIEVING THAT ANYONE COULD REALLY HELP MY SITUATION (NOT GOING TO GO INTO DETAIL ABOUT IT) BUT THEY WERE DEAD ON WITH WHAT THEY SAID THEY COULD DO FOR ME. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MR. GARY AND MR. GEORGE FOR MAKING THIS SOOOOOO EASY FOR ME. I WILL LET ALL THE REST OF THE NURSING STAFF KNOW ABOUT YOU GUYS.

where do I begin? well I went into this store just a few weeks ago. And I will start by saying my Salesman was Very Friendly and a overall Nice guy and very helpful. However, management and the "owner" were a whole other story. I had a cash budget and the salesman understood that. and was very helpful. Management didn't seem to believe that. And tried to get me to sign up for a car I said I didn't really want nor could afford. And the "owner" got involved and only made things worse. They were the first place I had gone to and I guess they can't seem to realize that only an idiot would buy a car at the very first place they go to. They were WAY to pushy and did not let me leave. And something smelled. HORRID. Either it was someones breath or a sewage leak but I haven't a clue. Truth is I probably would have really put the car I originally sought after at the top of my list and just came up with a few more $$$. I wish my salesman the best. But From the higher ups I did not like how I was treated once they were aware I had cash, all they saw was dollar signs. If your reading this TREAT US LIKE PEOPLE NOT PAYCHECKS.My dad was a car salesman for 40+ years. and I used to work in the business as front desk reception and other jobs. and if theres one thing my dad told me and sticks true its "SELL EVERY CAR not every customer."
