Reviews
This dealership’s pricing practices are extremely misleading and designed to lure customers into predatory financing. The vehicle I looked at was advertised online for $11,298, but once I arrived things changed quickly. The out-the-door price for a cash purchase jumped to over $18,500. The reason? The advertised price only applies if you agree to finance through the dealership under their terms. If you want to pay cash, they start piling on non-sense add-ons and fees such as transport charges, warranty packages, and even something called a “finance coupon recovery” fee. These are essentially penalties for not financing the vehicle through them. When I declined all the unnecessary extras and said I was only willing to pay the vehicle price plus legitimate costs like sales tax, title, registration, and their already outrageous $995 doc fee, the total came to about $13,480. Instead of working with this honest price structure (which they argue is their website disclaimer), they came back and said they would “meet me in the middle” at $15,000. That tells you everything you need to know. The advertised price is not a real selling price — it’s simply bait to get customers into the dealership so they can pressure them into high-profit financing agreements where they likely make money from lender kickbacks and inflated interest rates or when paying cash attempt to pad their pockets additional profit charges. Make sure you read the fine print on their website carefully before wasting your time. This dealership advertises artificially low prices that are simply a get you in the door advertisement and have no intention of selling any vehicle at the price unless they can rob you somewhere else during the purchase. Transparency and honesty matter when buying a car, and unfortunately, I did not find either here. Finance Coupon was the funniest additional charge I have come across in a while. Unfortunately, they specifically want uneducated consumers to purchase from them. The sales staff was nice but are unfortunately the face of the ownerships deceitful practices. I want to make it clear nothing they are doing is illegal. It’s all legal but it sure the heck is not honest or ethical. It took a lot of restraint on my part not to interfere with the customers next to me who were getting legally robbed and had no idea.

Warning: Absolute Bait-and-Switch Scam. Do not trust their advertised online prices. I came in ready to purchase a vehicle, but the moment I requested the itemized Out-The-Door breakdown, their financial structure completely fell apart. This dealership operates by advertising a low, fake price online just to get you through the doors, and then they completely destroy the math with fabricated, predatory fees. Here is the exact trap they tried to pull when I audited their numbers: 1. "Destination Fees" on a Used Car: They tried to charge me a destination fee for a used vehicle that is already sitting on their lot. This is a fee meant exclusively for brand-new cars being transported straight from the manufacturer. Charging it on a used car is pure deception. 2. "Trump Tariffs": They actually tried to line-item a political tariff on a used car that has already been manufactured, imported, and sold domestically years ago. It is a completely made-up fee designed strictly to steal your cash. 3. The $1,300+ Forced Financing Penalty: If you are financially responsible and want to use your own capital they will penalize you. They tried to add a surcharge of over $1,300 to the price of the car simply because I didn't want to use their lenders. They force you into their financing so they can get a backend kickback. If you value transparency and want to preserve your capital, walk away. Do not let them hold your time or your wallet hostage.

Don't waste your time. Stay away. Made an appointment to test drive a used car. I asked if my mechanic could inspect the car, they said "You're welcome to have your mechanic check out the vehicle before making a decision-that's a smart move". They took us on some nice smooth roads. Asked for some bumps. Went down a side street and heard rattling. Needed shocks; which they knew about but didn't tell me until I asked. They said they had the parts and would replace the shocks. Normal stuff right? That's why we test drive. So when I asked about letting my mechanic check it out they said I'd have to buy the car first, but would "work out a deal" if there were problems. Discussed putting in writing that if my mechanic found anything else wrong the deal is off, money back. They said they could write that up. OK, but already feeling uneasy about this. When we sat down to 'negotiate', I asked the sales rep if they could do better on the price. He said he'd see what he could do. He returned with an offer that MORE THAN DOUBLED THE LISTED PRICE. They added $5k for a warranty, $2k for a "delivery charge" (yes, they wanted me to pay for their acquisition of the car), and another $2k because I was paying in full instead of financing. I understand the sale price doesn't include financing charges (like interest on a loan), but they wanted me to pay $2k to NOT get a loan?! We didn't even get to the expected tax and documentation fees yet. The car was listed for ~$8500, and their initial sit down price was over $17k. Blew my mind that doing better on the price meant adding $9k to start with so I'd feel better about negotiating down to ONLY +>$2k over the listed price as the final offer, and now "as is" (not fix the shocks, not let my mechanic review, etc.). Bottom line, they wouldn't sell me the car for their advertised price. I never imagined such an experience would play out and not be on candid camera. I hardly ever read or write reviews, but I thought this was deserving to hopefully benefit others. Now writing this review, I see their rating is 1.6 stars. Only surprise there is how they got the .6. Wish I'd checked before wasting my time. Don't waste your time. Stay away.

Believe all the ratings here. They are not even worth 1 star. Very unprofessional, can keep you wait hours just for test drive , vehicle not ready , no gas in the car , sales person suddenly disappears for 40 mins before view etc etc . So many issues here . Cars are also not in good conditions kept. Advertising price and final price can have 9k plus difference on a 15k car . Just too much to deal with. Don't waste time here

Worst experience of my life trying to get information on a car. Jenny, Jhoneme and everyone else were impossible. I still don’t know if they actually have the car and if they do what the price is. These guys are the worst of the worst. I wouldn’t let them post cars on your site. They give you a bad name too! They take away stars for the rating. It’s a negative millions.

Went in for a Maroon 2013 Honda CR-V listed at $8770.00. Came back with $15,××× after fees. I normally don't write reviews but this was a crazy waste of time. Came down to $12500 quickly but that was about it. Think it was just under $12,000 walking out to the parking lot. The guy I dealt with seemed like a great guy, should be looking for better employment. I feel bad for whoever buys from here.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer, and only two days later the car broke down with a serious transmission issue. From that moment on, the entire experience became extremely frustrating and disappointing. We called multiple times and never received a response. The same happened with emails, which were also ignored. When the manager finally spoke with us, we agreed on a solution and specific terms, which he did not honor. He lied to us and failed to keep his word. After almost a month, we were finally given the car back, after weeks of stress, delays, and uncertainty. Even though the vehicle was under warranty, the situation was handled in a highly unprofessional, irresponsible, and non-transparent manner. Communication was extremely poor, and we were never clearly informed about what was really happening. Please be very careful when coming here. I sincerely hope that what happened to us does not happen to anyone else. During the times I went to the dealership, I saw many other customers visibly angry and frustrated, leaving without solutions, which says a lot about how this business operates. I do not recommend this dealer at all. Buying a car here was a very negative and disappointing experience.

STAY AWAY!!!! Such a sleezy place. Got an online quote of $26,000 from them to sell my vehicle. A salesman called me the same day to verify everything and told me to bring it i for a visual inspection. Went in today, waited an hour for them to tell me they can do $18,000 - $20,000. Salesman confirmed no issues with the car after inspection and test drive. Car was in excellent condition! When I asked why the appraisal online wasnt even close to the in person appraisal, they just blamed CarGurus. What a waste of time. They don’t care. Stay away and save your time.
