I purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2023. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and there was zero sales pressure. The CarMax financing offer was as good as I had found independantly.

Do not believe their "AutoCheck" History Report. I ran a CarFax and it showed that the car had been in a serious accident with airbag deployment, which they later acknowledged. Their "AutoCheck" report did not accurately account for that. It also missed a "minor" accident. They tried selling me a replacement car, but at a higher price. So I'm returning the car, as a disappointed customer. Bottom Line... don't trust their "AutoCheck" Reports. Shop with an honest Dealer that uses CarFax.
