I don't know who Leslie Gagnon is. The battery in the fob was barely working. The floor mats are installed badly. There's no owners manual in the car. Omar, our salesperson, is a good guy. He sold me my last car.

Very helpful in getting the deal I wanted for the car I wanted. There were some hiccups. (Missing wiper blade) but they overall did a great job.
