Difficult (no-fault) transctn, dealer stepped up
Purchased 2012 Escalade in February with conditions. Dealer would be in touch with my wife to set up appointment and provide a rental vehicle for the duration of the service. During the course of the servicing of the conditional items, the vehicle was found to have severe and irrrepairable damage, as stated by service dept personnel. With minimal discussion, the dealer moved to make the transaction right by offering a replacement or comparable vehicle. It took a few weeks, but an acceptable replacement vehicle was found, and the parties retransacted for the replacement vehicle. This was a particularly difficult transaction for both parties, and Harris Ford handled it about as well as I could have expected them to; in particular I would like to thank Bryan Kelly, and Tyrone for the outstanding service provided.

Excellent Service
My service advisor was very helpfull in providing useful information towards possible solutions to prevent future damage to my vehicle above and beyond normal maintenance required. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the quality of the mechanics work. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful in making sure I needed any assistance including the driver of the shuttle service who made it very easy to return to the dealership from my home.

Not happy overall.
I just recently bought a sport track and I realized that both my key alarm doesn't work and they didnt explained how to used the pass code for the door and Ac doesn't work. Hopefully they will fix it with no charge.

I got a car!!
I purchased my 2013 Ford Fiesta through Harris Ford. Cory was my salesperson and he was very helpful in assisting me to define what was important to me and finding something to fit my budget. 2005 Ford F-150 Lariat
I own a 2005 F-150 Lariat that experienced an engine hydro-lock under 75,000 miles. I contacted Harris Ford and spoke with M.C. in the service department. I explained all the circumstances and Michael(M.C.), had me bring it in to investigate further. Michael concurred that the engine had in fact hydro-locked and had it replaced in a WEEK! It's running like a top and I am so beyond satisfied. Michael and his team at Harris Ford set the standard for professional customer service. If there is ever a issue in the future, I will always go to Harris Ford and M.C., knowing my vehicle is in good hands by honest professionals!

Mike Erickson and Harris Ford is always a pleasure to work with. I've had ongoing issues for the last 4 years with my Fiesta and didn't get very far with the dealer I purchased it from in Snohomish. Harris Ford has stepped up in a big way ever since with solutions, service, and a smile. I'm not certain if I'll buy a Ford again, but if I do, it'll be serviced at Harris Ford.
