Heritage Honda Bel Air

i was very pleased with my service at Heritage Honda. My questions were answered, the wait time was minimal, and the service agent was most courteous and friendly.

My customer experience was horrible At Bel Air Honda. Their nonchalant attitude and poor customer service from the service Department really left a sour taste in my mouth. I spent my entire Saturday morning I waiting for my car to be serviced (3 + hours) only to be told That half of the services were not Completed because I needed 2 front tires. If this is the way loyal customers are Treated, I will have to look for An alternative for service for my vehicle

This is my second honda & no problem with dealership. I hope the lounge area gets back the chocolate chip cookies.Many chairs but not too comfortable.

There was no additional hassle. Scott didn’t make me feel like my car would fall apart if i needed additional work/service done to my vehicle like most other places.

Dan INGRAO is the best.... ever since I’ve been coming there he is the one that I always asked for to work on my car .....he is very good at what he does and explaining to me what needs to be done ....he is very helpful and very kind...... also Nicholas Ruth he is who waited on me when I first got there and he was very nice and kept me up to date at what was going on & made sure that I was comfortable.... he was very good at explaining things at the end when checking me out...thank you all, Carol Ullman

Experience was great, people were friendly and very knowledgeable, but it was no place to sit while you waited for your vehicle to be serviced.

Great place with great service! Nick was great. He serviced my car without claiming it to need extra work. I will definitely return in the future.

I made an appointment. I received an email confirmation. I dropped off the car the night before. By 10am, service person called. I picked up car with recommendations made for futur service needs.

The service team got me in the same day when I called; and were polite and efficient. I would certainly recommend them to other Honda owners.
