Excellent and fast
I believe his name was Keenan, definitely started with a K. He was friendly and made the drop off and pick up for my vehicles recall simple. He was also pleasant to talk to!

The service advisor smiled in my face while lying to me.
Service advisor said that I had a issue that would need to be addressed within the next 6 months. Didn't have any problems with my vehicle until after work was done on it. This issue is now immediate and Advisor lied to me saying he said my issue was immediate! I was given a estimate for repairs now close to 4k. Escalated my concern to Service Manager who offered a " discount" down to 2.7k. WOW!

Excellent sales and service department
I am loving my 2018 Honda accord and wanted to give Bel Air Honda a shout out for their excellent sales and service center. My salesman was friendly and answered my questions. I just had my car serviced for the first oil change and I couldn’t be happier with the service team.

Great Service
My car had an ABS modulator go bad. The service guys were wonder especially Scott C. He took the time to explain everything to me and helped me get the car fixed and back on the road timely.

Fast, efficient, professional service
I had a safety recall on my 2017 honda accord and I needed the oil changed and tires rotated. I was unable to come in so I had to drop the car off the night before. Scott, my service advisor went over everything I needed to have done and mentioned some things I might need done in the near future. He was very nice and patient with me. By 8:30 a.m. the next morning, Scott called to let me know the car was ready for pickup. Fast and friendly service.
