Heritage Honda Bel Air

I brought my car in for regular/maintenance, oil change. The service advisor advised me of a couple of other recommended services that should be performed immediately as well as a future concern. Based on their recommendations I had the 2 additional services done and they advised me that they would check on the 3rd/future concern the next time I bring the car in for service.

Did a quick and comprehensive job. Tryed to save me some money. Polite service professionals. Timely and responsive when I called. Would go there again.

Everyone in the service area was very polite, friendly, and professional. They helped me right away. Nick went over the paperwork of the maintenance items they would do. He was very helpful. He gave me an estimate of how long the service would take. Then he called me when everything was completed. I was very happy with the service here.

They always do a good job. They are quick and friendly. I have worked in the past with other people, everyone is nice. Great place.

The customer service is horrible. I walked in and all the employees looked at each other, “like who’s going to take her?” No one said hi. When I actually sat down with someone there wasn’t any eye contact and literally no words spoke. The guy got up and I had to ask “ are we done?, can I go?”..awful
