Quality Plus Motors

Unlike other reviews, this dealership leaves much to be desired in terms of customer. I was interested in a Caddy SRX they were selling. I made several calls and left messages, but nobody bothered to return my calls. That is a shame to site the least.

Quality Plus is a very fitting name for this dealership. All personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and applied not an ounce of "high pressure". The facility was neat and clean, as was the inventory, which appeared to be of a very high standard. I heartily recommend Quality Plus Motors to anyone in search of a used vehicle.

I've been to a lot of dealerships over the years and Quality Plus motors topped them all. I had great service from the time I entered the door until the time I drove away. They have a great staff and mechanics. I would go back and buy another car from them anytime. If you want an dealer that's honest, straight forward and will not talk you into something you don't want ...... quality plus motors are your go to guys......

This dealership is absolutely the best I've dealt with ever! I've bought new and used vehicles over the years, from Texas to Florida and the Carolinas. I have had good and bad experiences, but my experience with Quality Plus Motors was, bar none, EXCELENT. From the first minute I walked into the dealership, I was amazed at their courtesy and honesty in dealing with customers. After discussing the car I wanted (and did, of course, buy), I found their knowledge and experience incomparable and their their service department to be utterly outstanding. This is a smaller dealership and, quite frankly, I wasn't expecting such excellece in everything they did - from negotiating the price of the car, helping me choose the righ financing, total cooperation and friendly professionalism by everyone with whom I spoke. I am still overwhelmed by their "can do" attitude and ability! I would recommend Quality Plus Motors to every single person I know. They are wonderful. I bought my car on Friday afternoon and a sensor light came on in it over the weekend - I took it back to be checked out and these gentelmen took perfect care of me and my car without hesitation! This is a "One-in-a-Million-Dealership." My car is fabulous and I'm proud and excited to tell everyone I know about the exceptonal experience I had buying it. I just cannot say enough good things about these wonderful men and how they run this extraordinary dealership! My rating for them on the above form is limited to a "5", but deserve so much more than that! Buying my car from Quality Plus Motors was a perfectly wonderful experience and I plan to have them handle any and all of my service needs in the future. Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff, not pushy

Quality is just what I got from Quality plus motors. Each dealer that I spoke with gave me great advice and was very honest, which help me made my decision on a very nice car. These guys has a great selection on some very nice cars. It was hard to make a decision, but with the help from some honest dealers, they got me into a great quality car for a great price. I reconmend anybody looking for a great car to go to Quality Plus Motors.
