Excellent from dealership manager to Amanda in service and the gentleman who diagnosed my issue and repair to Ann at reception. Of several Jaguar dealership I’ve had between my 2 Jaguars all of the dealerships very good BUT THIS ONE is certainly top notch for their personnel.

I believe the prices were extremely high.
I believe the prices were extremely high. My initial quote of $7,250 was increased over another $500 plus. My insurance covered the damages but the final price was very close to the value of the car. Then as I paid the bill I was presented with a quote for recommended maintenance of over $4,000. I found that outrageous, especially after the high repair bill just paid. Poor timing and poor judgement.

Everything was smooth.
Everything was smooth. They found issue quickly, repaired it just as quickly. Service staff as well as others were very friendly too. I was helped by a woman, who's name is not listed. She was great!

The whole process was exceptionally smooth, from the initial scheduling through to the actual service. I felt very well taken care of, and I'm happy overall. I love the dealership, very pleasant atmosphere and the facility cleanliness you will see and feel from the maintenance shop, showroom, waiting area through to the rest room.
