Also gave me a ride from home to the dealership to get the new car. Very helpfull and pleasant to do business with

I recently took my Honda to their service department for a recall. Upon taking it there I was informed of a repair for a no crank problem I was having. I asked them for a estimate on this repair and asked they send it me me so I could review it. The bill they sent me was 700 dollars. Very high estimate which was basically to replace battery cable ends. $420 of it for labor. This was a straight up ripp of, I'm sure because they figured I was a women and not smart enough to know different. Even after refusing for them to fix it they still tried to charge me for 160 diagnostic charge which they had to do for the recall. I refused so when I went to pick it up the car was outside with a dead battery. It was a new battery so I'm sure it was done purposely. Ladies don't take their word for anything don't take it there not buy anything from them. They will ripp you off.

The Sales Professional Greg Hesler was outstanding, there was no pressure, and he spent an inordinate amount of time answering all of the questions and concerns that I had. The Business Manager Tracy Bryant was exceptional in processing the sale, answering all the questions that I had and taking me step by step through the process. Both stated that if I had further questions to stop back in any time. I would highly recommend Hosmer Honda.
