Satisfied customer

Just purchased a 2017 Altima from Bill Reilly, this is the third car I've purchased from him and the first from Blaise Alexander. Bill has always been friendly, kind and knowledgeable, even when I visited the service department. This recent purchase went very well and everyone I had contact with made everything go smoothly. If I need another car,will definitely go back. Service department is GREAT.

Hyundai Kona Purchase at Blaise Alexander

We were looking for a small SUV to replace our 2009 Honda Civic. We had driven all the comparable vehicles on the market from five other car dealerships but fell in love with the Hyundai Kona. It drove great and was a lot car for the money. Seth Galloway treated as family and was a huge pleasure to deal with as a salesperson. Everyone at the dealership treated us with respect and we would recommend Blaise Alexander to anyone.

Very impressed.

I was very impressed with my overall experience. No pressure, only suggestions. Upon entering I was met by Luke and then Seth, both put me at ease immediately. Seth and Jack finalized my leasing terms to my satisfaction. Heather completed my paperwork without any hassle. This has been the best experience I ever had in purchasing a car. I see me returning to do business with Blaise Alexander.

Turned a bad situation in to a great experience

We were enroute from Delaware to New York State when our '09 Hyundai broke down. We were towed to the BA dealership where the service department worked us in and gave us our options. We chose to look for a used car. Elliott was very helpful and patient with us as we had not planned on buying a car for another year...so we tried several cars. We found a good match in a'16 Mazda CX5. Both Elliott as well as Heather from Financing stayed after hours to see that we understood our car and were able to be on our way. What started out as a scary day ended up as a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for car.

Bill Reilly knows the cars he sells

Bill was great to deal with. This is the second new car we bought from him. I have dealt with some salesmen in the past that I knew more about the features on the car than they did. Bill was knowledgeable about all of the features on the car and explained them very well. He knew how to set up all of the complicated features of the Hyundai Tucson Limited that we purchased and he took the time to make sure we understood all of the safety features. I would recommend him as a salesman for your next car.
