I have recently gone thru the `very good? experience of purchasing a new 2018 vehicle from Blaise Alexander Mazda. As we all know, the process of purchasing a vehicle is seen by most of us as a visit to the dentist, so my approach to this practice is somewhat different than from most people. Eliminating my physical time at a dealership as much as possible is important to me. After contacting and interacting with other Mazda dealerships via phone/email, my final decision to purchase from Blaise Alexander was all due to Ed Brown. Ed was professional, yet with a ?people? personality, never pushy, good listener and someone with attention to detail. Ed met me at the right number that agreeably was comfortable to both of us. The final step of picking up the vehicle and documentation process was also surprisingly pleasant. The vehicle had been properly prep and Ed took the time to ensure that I was knowledgeable enough with regards to the vehicle itself (operation, settings, etc). The dealership customer area has a relaxing setup, Kudos to the new interactive way of reviewing/signing of documents with the clever way of providing all copies via USB flash card. We are a paperless society after all! No review is perfect without pointing out some of the negatives and for me, it had to be the 5 minute video that customers purchasing new vehicles must watch. That selling pitch for extra products/warranty is un-necessary and brings down the quality of the buying experience. Overall, this dealership gets a 5 out of 5 stars from me, and I would definitely recommend it to those looking to purchasing a vehicle.
