Super Sales & Service Experience

I purchased a Ford Explorer from Michael, "The Ref" at Cadillac of Knoxville. First of all, he found the exact vehicle my wife wanted and has always been there for any service issues after the sale. Extremely happy with our vehicle and can't say enough about the way Michael treated us prior to, during the buying process, and after the sale. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Mr. and Mrs. Fowlkes

I have bought my last two cars from Cadillac of Knoxville and the service, conditions of the cars and the prices have been great. Micheal Petsuck gave us five star service. He was very friendly. Micheal made sure we had a car with a warranty and he was very knowledgeable about the car; he helped us set up our system for Onstar and XM Radio. We had a great experience all the way around. I will go there to purchase or trade for my next car.

Great Sales & Service

I Have an SRX 2013 we puchased new from Mike Petsuck. The other day my battery died and Mike went out his way to help me, he had a car ready when I got to Cadillac of Knoxville and I was on my way!!! Thank you Mike and Cadillac of Knoxville!!

My Cadillac Adventure !

Recently Purchased my first Cadillac from Cadillac of Knoxville. Steve Patterson made this vehicle buying process easy and actually enjoyable. Steve was very patient . He went above and beyond by taking the time to show me practically every vehicle on the lot. Steve worked very hard to find the right Cadillac for me while I NEVER felt any pressure to buy . Steve is very knowledgeable and well informed concerning the vehicle and the features . He addressed all concerns in a straightforward manner. The body shop is also amazing at buffing out scratches.

Review of salesman

Michael Persuck, “The Ref” was my salesman. The Ref has been so attentive to my needs and ready to assist me with the car I have purchased from him. He has always advised me on the use of the equipment on my SRX. I appreciate the attention he has given me to get the best from my vehicle.

HORRIBLE Nightmare

Car was taken in for warranty work covering timing issues. "ROSS" a extremely incompetent employee kept my car 2 weeks kept insisting nothing was wrong with my car it ran perfect.. no light was on well light don't have to be on any idiot know light don't have to be on. its in the memory bank history read twice (ACTIVE) by onstar, twice (active) by local shop, volunteer chev dealer twice (once history once ACTIVE)...."ross refused to fix my car and insulted car and me "MAM IT IS A 10 YEAR OLD CAR", but it was still covered by extended warranty on a known timing issue that cadillac knew about. I asked tow driver when he picked it up at dealer to bring back to me "hows it running? HE SAID ROUGH..... took it to Rusty Wallace Cadillac in Morristown No hesitation to fix my car UNDER WARRANTY.....FANTASTIC SERVICE and STAFF...21 parts documented replaced on my car..... BUT ROSS NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT ???????????????????????????????????

Dealer response

When Miss Howey contacted management a few weeks ago with her concern it became our concern. It was obvious that Miss Howey’s expectations were not met… we are extremely disappointed in the handling of this situation. This situation has been addressed with all employees involved …we are always striving to improve our processes…all the 5 stars and accolades received on social media are lost with one dissatisfied customer and that is not acceptable…we apologize to Miss Howey and commit to constant improvement of our customer satisfaction standards…..Management

Excellent

We were greeted by our salesman, Michael Petsuck, in the parking area and shown each of the models in which we expressed an interest. We left with a much better idea of what we wanted, but did not finalize a decision. He followed up with us the next day and answered all questions and also arranged for test drives. Finally, he made the negotiation process simple and easy and has continued to follow up with us to answer any questions that we might have. We found all the personnel at this dealer to be knowledgeable and helpful.
