Dallas Bugg provided excellent service! Check engine light came on Christmas Eve, I could tell something was wrong so I parked the truck and didn’t drive it but straight to our Max Motors Chevrolet store Friday morning. Dallas got my truck in and they had it finished by that night. The High Pressure Fuel Pump had failed/ had an internal leak so they replaced that and gave the truck a fresh oil change to make sure it was good to go.

Jess and Marco took care of our every need, and answered our every question. They gave us good money for our trade, and worked long into the evening to get us financing and get all paperwork done. I would recommend this dealership and these associates to anyone.

When I was getting a simple inspection to renew my registration they asked if I wanted to check to see if I could get accepted for a newer vehicle and I said "why not?" And when we checked they found out I was stuck in a financial crisis, Jess Smith did what she could and found a way to help me get out and the best part i get an updated version of the same vehicle I love! I literally started crying for how much I was relieved and the fact i pay LESS per month with LESS APR! Its thanks to her that I can finally start fixing my life and the credit score I deserve!
