Dallas Bugg provided excellent service! Check engine light came on Christmas Eve, I could tell something was wrong so I parked the truck and didn’t drive it but straight to our Max Motors Chevrolet store Friday morning. Dallas got my truck in and they had it finished by that night. The High Pressure Fuel Pump had failed/ had an internal leak so they replaced that and gave the truck a fresh oil change to make sure it was good to go.

Very kind and attentive staff, they were considerate of my needs and quick to accommodate, as well as hard working to get me better deals. Shout-out to Jess for being friendly and easy to chat with. Helped a lot with every step of the way.

When I was getting a simple inspection to renew my registration they asked if I wanted to check to see if I could get accepted for a newer vehicle and I said "why not?" And when we checked they found out I was stuck in a financial crisis, Jess Smith did what she could and found a way to help me get out and the best part i get an updated version of the same vehicle I love! What a pleasant surprise on my recent, stress free SUV purchase with Max Chervolet GMC! I'm nearly 70, so I've been down the dreaded car buying road many times. From my 1st conversation with Jerimiah to my car delivery today, everything went smoothly and quickly. Since I don't live close, he sent additional pictures, knowledgeably explained the features, answered all my questions, and clearly went over the buying process and ensured the purchase went exactly as he described. Also, Marko, the GM, was available to help when needed. I must also mention the price was very reasonable compared to what was here in St. Louis. What a professional, honest, transparent car dealer! After trying to talk with two other Chevy dealerships, I found the Max Motors dealership to be responsive, honest, and helpful. I was reluctant at first as one dealership closer to me did not allow me to view the two Chevy Trax vehicles, they just sold, another nearby dealership tried to get me to put a deposit down on something they didn't even have paperwork on nor could they tell me what it came with. This is why I was grateful for the honesty, and integrity displayed by Max Motors in making me aware of my options, allowing me to not only look at, but also drive the Chevy Trax. I am thrilled with my experience at Max Motors of Nevada Mo. I would recommend talking with them first before wasting your time with any other dealership.
